pleasant stay with excellent views

The staff were friendly and attentive during my stay. The view of the Caledonian Canal was stunning and made for a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel could benefit from updating some of the room furnishings.

moorin hotel was gr8! good location near neptune's staircase, really comfy room with awesome view of ben nevis. staff were super friendly and helped us with everythin. breakfast was scrumptious, lots of choose. had a lovely time chillin outside on the terrace.

the cafe menu was lame and nothing like what they showed online. dinner reservation was in the snack bar which was kinda disappointing.

i recently stayed here for three nights and it was a delightful surprise compared to my last trip to fort william. the superior double room had stunning views of ben nevis, making my mornings much brighter. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

restaurant closed too early

The room was really cozy and had a stunning view of Ben Nevis. I loved relaxing in the garden area and taking a stroll by the lovely canal. The only downside was that the decor felt a bit outdated, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay! 😊
